Our commitment to more Sustainable Hospitality
The environment is important to us. That's why our hotel participates in Stay for the Planet, a program based on a Standard recognized by GSTC (Global Sustainable Tourism Council), the organization that sets and guides standards for sustainable development in travel and tourism globally.
The program is based on a sustainability rating developed by LifeGate's scientific committee that, through the assignment of a score from 1 to 5 expressed in leaves, reflects hotels' environmental and social performance in the following impact areas: Energy, Water, Waste, Purchasing, Behavior and People.
Through constant monitoring of consumption we aim to conserve resources; we rigorously carry out separate waste collection to which we ask guests to contribute through the special bins placed in common areas; we raise our guests' awareness of food waste; and we offer several vegetarian and vegan alternatives.
To further strengthen our commitment to sustainable hospitality, we have embarked on a path aimed at obtaining the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC) certification.
